Make time for your creative self!

Individual art therapy sessions are a space for people of all ages to express themselves. Art therapy can help in times where there are concerns that are difficult to talk about or express with words alone. Sessions are typically 1 hour long, and can include a variety of art mediums as well as time to process and reflect on what has been created. The process can be silent and reflective, or active and expressive and is always focused on the individual client. We work together to co-create the process that will be most beneficial for you, the client. No previous art skills or experience are required.

Therapy is often focused on healing things that have happened in the past, and sessions also include plans for moving through transitions into a future that feels congruent. Creative coaching and therapy can also be used to find clarity in a future direction, or upcoming decision. I have experience working with children of all ages, youth, adults, seniors and people experiencing many different life situations.
